QUANTUM FLEX (QFLEX) PROCESS DESIGN KIT (PDK)

The advanced version of the Quantum Flex PIC technology offers low-loss one silicon and two silicon nitride waveguides. Various implant levels are available for active component design — a Ge photodetector, two copper wiring levels, and an Al termination pad level.

Design rule check is supported in Cadence PVS, Synopsys ICV, and KLayout.

Current Version

The current PDK version that should be used for the QFlex active MPW runs is 0.6.
