RF/SUNY QUANTUM FLEX COMPONENT LIBRARY

Features

The RFS library in the AIM Photonics Quantum Flex (QFlex) technology supports active, passive, and electrical devices. The maturity of each component is indicated by whether the results are based on measured or simulated data and is marked on each layout and documentation. The layouts are offered in an open format, and users can modify and optimize the design to meet performance specifications.

The PDK release in 2025 will feature updated components and models, RF performance results, and statistical model offerings.

QFlex Technology PDK Features

  • The current PDK version that should be used for active MPW runs is 0.6 or newer. Please contact us to confirm if an older version will be compatible.
