SPARK PHOTONICS COMPONENT LIBRARY
The Spark Photonics (SP) Component Library focuses on operating wavelengths in the 700-1300 nm range (I/Z/Y/J bands). In addition to the passive component cells, several parameterized cells (PCells) are included to assist with layout generation.

Other helpful information to know
The current PDK version that should be used for passive or active MPW runs is 5.5 or newer. Please contact us to confirm if an older version will be compatible.
